I utilize a flexible dieting (If It Fits Your Macros) approach to nutrition and do NOT create day by day meal plans. Instead, I advise on how to prepare your own meals for the week and put together your own meal plan by determining your ideal macronutrient breakdown, and demonstrating how to reach those numbers.
I also offer a separate nutrition coaching program in which we schedule weekly phone calls or meetings to discuss healthy eating habits that are less numbers based and more about changing your relationship with food and coaching your through better eating habits.
