"8 weeks ago I reached out to Grant Weaver for some help on reaching my fitness goals. I was working out quite a bit and thought I was eating healthy, but saw little strength improvement and could not lose any weight and remained at 184 lbs. Grant created an 8 week lifting program and gave me the appropriate macros I needed to hit for my nutritional goals. 8 weeks later I lost a total of 12 lbs weighing 172 lbs and have improved tremendously in strength. Overall I'm very happy with the results and plan on continuing to work with Grant and highly recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer.  A huge plus for me is Grant was able to work around my back injury constraints, and he actually helped my back get stronger and l was able to do certain lifts I didn't think I would ever be able to do again."

"8 weeks ago I reached out to Grant looking for some help to achieve my fitness goals. At the time I was working out 6 days a week and eating what I thought was a healthy diet. I’ve come along way with my body in the past few years so I figured I knew what I was doing, but I had hit a point where I couldn’t lose anymore weight and was failing to improve on my lifts. Grant created a detailed workout plan, and a nutritional guide for me. My initial thoughts before I received the plan was that I'd be cutting out carbs and fats, but I was dead wrong. I’m actually eating much more now than I was previously. 8 weeks later and I’m down 12lbs and I have myself a bowl of ice cream almost every night. Not only am I down 12lbs but my lifts have improved considerably since starting Grant’s program- my deadlift alone has increased a solid 20lbs. "I’ll start off with total transparency, Grant is a longtime friend of mine but this testimonial in no way is biased for that reason. I have been in the gym since I was a freshman in high school and I would consider myself somewhat well versed in fitness. When I met Grant in college we became friends rather quickly both having that “meathead” mentality. Let’s just say that freshman year I put on more than the freshman 15. I was 260 lbs from too much drinking and crap dieting and I couldn’t stand it so I worked my ass off and got back into shape. That’s enough about my past though, I think Grant would admit that I was in good shape back in the college days. I thought I knew it all when it came to dieting and working out of course because I have been doing it for so long. So I would do my diets super strict- tilapia, chicken, rice, and I would get back into the shape I was looking for but I started to notice a trend, these cookie cutter low calorie diets were like riding a wave, I kept getting back out of shape. Not that I was super overweight when I decided to talk to Grant but again I put on some pounds and wasn’t happy with myself. Another thing that I was unhappy with was my flexibility, yeah I can bench 400lbs but I can’t scratch my back which kinda sucks.

So I gave Grant a call and explained my situation and my goals and he offered to help, since I am living in the suburbs he set up an online program for me. Now like I said before I have been lifting for a long time and I am no beginner, but now life happened, and I don’t have the time to sit down and read the articles and try to develop training programs. In the first 4 weeks following Grant's training block I lost 15lbs and already saw my muscle definition returning. Truly the best part of this was the flexible dieting that he put into place, I am able to eat the foods that I want and it doesn’t even feel like I am dieting which means I can sustain this and it is more of a lifestyle than a diet. As far as my mobility, I can’t even describe how amazing it is to feel so agile, the difference in my flexibility has improved tenfold since the start of training. Grant is extremely knowledgeable and well-read in every aspect of fitness, it shows in his programming and in conversation. If you are willing to put in the work he is willing to do the same for you. I would HIGHLY recommend Grant to anyone trying to better themselves in fitness even for people like me who have been training for almost their entire lives. Thanks Grant! "Grant's programs really work! I was always considered the fat kid growing up and just got used to the title until one day I decided to contact Grant. I had enough of hating what I saw in the mirror and decided that I needed to change my lifestyle. From the very first message that I sent, I could tell that Grant was extremely passionate about his programs and it made me even more excited to start the journey. I opted for the 8 week program to start, thinking that the 4 week would not be enough to time to really see if the program would work. Boy was I wrong! It has been 3 weeks since I started Grant's program and I have already dropped one shirt size and one notch on my belt! I have not confidently worn a size Large shirt in 6 years!

I still have a long way to go, but I couldn't be happier with Grant's program and how easily accessible he is. I have never really worked out before so I am new to a lot of the exercises. Grant is always available for a text or a phone call about anything in the program - workouts, meals, nutrition, ANYTHING. And for those who think the nutrition program is going to be starving yourself, it couldn't be further from the truth! I am eating more now than I was before I started the program! AND Im losing the weight at the same time! In 3 weeks, I have lost 10 lbs and feel great! My energy is through the roof and its all because of this program! The only person that can get you to your goals is yourself, but Grant has ALL of the tools to help get you there. It take a lot of hard work and dedication, but after 3 weeks I can tell you that it is the most rewarding feeling in the world to look in the mirror and be happy with what you see. I cant thank Grant enough for helping me and I cant wait to see what he has in store for me in the coming weeks!"
