Cinnamon Bun Protein Energy Pancakes

-1 cup rolled oats

-6 scoops (84 grams) Optimum Nutrition cinnamon bun protein energy

-3 eggs

-1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

-3 tablespoons Fage 0% greek yogurt

-6 tablespoons pumpkin puree (or sub with banana or applesauce)

-1 1/2 tablespoons stevia in the raw

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-1 tablespoon cinnamon

-1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

**Serves 2.

Blend all ingredients. Cook on griddle at medium-low heat using 1/3 cup portions. Makes about 10 pancakes.  If subbing with different flavor of protein, use 2.5 scoops- the energy protein has a smaller scooper

Macros:  12g fat  35g carbs  47g protein (per serving)

300 Calorie 5 Minute Mocha Protein Pancakes

-1/2 cup rolled oats

-2 scoops Optimum Nutrition mocha cappuccino protein energy

-1/2 scrambled medium whole egg (*egg whites can be substituted, 2 TBSP)

-1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

-1/2 teaspoon baking powder

**Serves 1.

Blend all ingredients. Cook in skillet/griddle at medium-low heat. Makes about 4 pancakes.  Can use 1 scoop of standard protein powder (approx 25 g protein) instead of the mocha energy protein for different flavor.

-2 large egg whites

-2 eggs

-2 scoop Optimum Nutrition vanilla casein

-1/2 teaspoon almond extract

-2 teaspoon baking powder

-1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


-1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

-1/4 cup Fage 0% greek yogurt

-2/3 scoop ON vanilla casein

-add sprinkles to taste

Blend all pancake ingredients and spoon onto a griddle or pan on medium heat. 

Mix frosting ingredients in bowl. Makes about 5 pancakes

Pancake macros: 17.1g fat  60g carbs  77.2 g protein  (whole batch)
